Your responsibilities
The ERP (Infor) Administrator will be responsible for designing business processes, analyzing requirements, and developing functional solutions (Blueprint). They will stay updated on current and emerging IT technologies, assist in selecting suitable technologies, and ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing IT standards aligned with global strategies. They will also support the successful implementation of key global IT projects.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing Helpdesk entries related to Infor, prioritizing issues, and resolving them within departmental KPIs.
2. Performing administrative tasks and monitoring Infor infrastructure, storage, and patch levels to ensure system availability.
3. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Infor client and related tools.
4. Developing Infor practice solutions and methodologies.
5. Updating and managing Infor systems to meet business needs.
6. Providing procedures and reports to support Infor services.
7. Supporting hardware and user issues.
8. Managing user onboarding and offboarding.
9. Maintaining technical documentation and change records for audit purposes.
10. Managing licenses and user role assignments.
11. Assisting departments in producing internal reports.
12. Handling month-end and year-end processes.
Your qualifications
Skills and Attributes:
1. Experience supporting and troubleshooting in a Helpdesk environment.
2. Ability to work under pressure individually and within a team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
3. Good communication skills suitable for all corporate levels, both via telephone and in person.
4. IT-based qualification (preferable).
5. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Infor, SAP, or Dynamics.
6. Experience creating reports with Crystal, Symtrax, Jasper, etc.
7. Quick understanding of new software and systems.
8. Analytical, logical, and precise mindset with strong communication skills.
Additional requirements: Candidates must have an unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.
