This role ensures that data is treatedas a strategic asset, driving business value, scalability, andgovernance. By centralizing and harmonizing PNE’s data andanalytics ecosystem, this role enables stronger decision-making,cost efficiencies, and future-readycapabilities.

* Leadershipin Data & Analytics – 10+ years in senior D&Aroles, leading regional or global strategies incomplexorganizations.
* Expertisein Data Governance & Centralization – Proven abilityto drive data standardization, governance frameworks, andscalable analyticsadoption.
* Strategic& Business Impact Focus – Strong ability toalign D&A with business priorities,influence senior stakeholders, and drive data-drivendecision-making.
* Technical& Infrastructure Knowledge – Deep understanding ofdata architectures, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and datagovernance bestpractices.
* Global& Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience workingwith D&A AOE teams, Digital Core, IT, and businessfunctions to align global and regionalpriorities.
* ChangeLeadership & Transformation – Track record of leadingD&A maturity shifts, fostering adata-first culture, and driving large-scaleadoption ofanalytics.
* StakeholderInfluence & Capability Building – Skilled atengaging senior leaders, advocating fordata-driven strategies, and upskilling teams inanalytics.
* Experiencein FMCG, Petcare, or Consumer Goods is aplus.
Whatwill be your keyresponsibilities?
* Define& Lead the PNE Data & Analytics Strategy – Develop andexecute a regional D&A vision and strategy, ensuring alignmentwith PNE’s growth priorities, the 5+5 strategy, and the DigitalFirstambition.
* DriveRegional D&A Governance & Standardization – Establish astrong governance model to ensure data integrity, compliance, andaccessibility, creating a single source of truth for key businessdecisions.
* Centralize& Scale D&A Capabilities – Lead the transition fromfragmented, siloed analytics efforts to a centralized, scalableregional model that enhances efficiency and accelerates valuerealization.
* StrategicPartnership with the D&A AOE Organization – Work closely withglobal analytics and data leaders to shape global data strategies,drive adoption of standardized analytics solutions, and influencefuture D&A priorities based on PNE’sneeds.
* MaximizeBusiness Impact Through Data-DrivenDecision-Making
* Partnerwith Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Digital teams to embedadvanced analytics into strategic planning and operationalexecution.
* Enablethe Right Data Infrastructure & Technology – Work in closecollaboration with Digital Core, IT, and AOE teams to ensure thatPNE has the right data platforms, governance frameworks, andcapabilities to support long-term data centralization, AI adoption,andautomation.
* AccelerateData & Analytics Literacy Across PNE – Champion organizationalcapability building, ensuring leaders and teams across clusters areequipped with the skills, tools, and mindset to leverage dataeffectively in theirroles.
* Fostera Culture of Data Excellence – Establish best practices, governancemodels, and data ethics guidelines that ensure responsible,effective, and future-proof use of data across thebusiness.
