The Role We are looking for an energetic, strategic-minded Channel Account Manager to join our dynamic Partnership team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing our channel partner network across EMEA. Your mission will be to manage and nurture existing relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and support our partners in selling and using Loadbalancer.org solutions. Responsibilities Include: Manage and grow regional partner accounts, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, lead commercial negotiations, and launch training programs and incentives. Communicate regularly with partners to ensure alignment on sales strategies, objectives, and growth targets. Identify and drive new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Develop strategic account plans, setting mutual performance objectives and financial targets. Work closely with internal teams (Client Success, Product, Operations, and Sales) to ensure partners are fully equipped to meet and exceed performance objectives. Travel domestically and internationally to strengthen relationships and represent Loadbalancer.org at industry events. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of sales experience, ideally within channel sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Strategic thinker with experience in account management and achieving commercial targets. Confidence, tenacity, and a customer-first mentality. Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
