About The Role:
An established and highly desirable mid-sized architecture studio is seeking a talented Communications Manager/PA to join their London team. Renowned as leaders in their field our client has earned a strong reputation for excellence and creativity over the years.
In this fast-paced and multifaceted role, you will report directly to the Founder and Studio Director, playing a key part in shaping the company’s communications strategy. Your focus will be on elevating the brand’s identity with fresh, original ideas that align with their impactful work in the public sector. Alongside your communications responsibilities, you will provide hands-on PA support to the Founder, ensuring flawless execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, an exceptional communicator, and possess a solid understanding of the built environment. A naturally creative mindset and a drive to deliver outstanding results are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage PR and press queries, award submissions, and public appearances
* Maintain the studio’s online presence (website, social media, public portals)
* Organise and direct photography for staff, projects, events, and studio needs
* Oversee communications imagery, editing, usage rights, and bespoke graphic materials
* Manage the Founder’ s inbox, prioritising tasks, responding to emails, and maintaining organisation
* Provide comprehensive support to the Founder (diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation)
* Handle agendas, minutes, briefing materials, and document formatting
* Develop graphic materials for publications, exhibitions, and external communications
* Coordinate in-house publications, project portfolios, and press packs
* Welcome visitors and host clients while managing catering, A/V, and event logistics
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Relevant experience within an architectural or design-focused setting
* Solid understanding of architecture and the built environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication skills with fluency in professional English
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and juggle multiple tasks efficiently
* Comfortable working autonomously and contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team
* Confident, self-motivated, and professional approach
