Contract Manager - Social Housing Maintenance

Are you a Contract Manager working in the Social housing maintenance industry looking for a new exciting role with a rapidly growing company in the South West and South Wales region?
This role will be based in the Bristol office with remote working as an option. Ideally, candidates will reside within 50 miles of Bristol.
This National Facilities Services company is recruiting for a Contract Manager to run a portfolio of social housing contracts across Bristol, Bath, and Gloucester.
As Contract Manager, you will manage a team of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers, Multi Trades Engineers, Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters, and Decorators, dealing with planned, reactive maintenance, and void properties.
The plan will be to recruit 2/3 more engineers over the coming months, for which you will be responsible.
You will also need to have good client-facing skills, as part of this role will be to develop not only existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of supervisors and engineers.
2. Overseeing all budgetary requirements for the contract including P&L management.
3. Introducing cost-saving ideas and initiatives to ensure profitability while minimizing environmental impact.
4. Day-to-day delivery of all key SLA’s and KPIs for the various contracts, ensuring data mitigation and reporting.
5. Monitoring compliance & QSHE for all contracts.
6. Auditing completed and in-progress works.
7. Key point of contact for key client contacts across the site, including attending client meetings.
8. Delivering efficiencies across the site, including energy services.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
1. A proven background in delivering services across a variety of sites is essential.
2. Good commercial awareness is a key requisite for the role.
3. Excellent team leadership skills and H&S competency are key for the role.
4. Ability to develop existing relationships and maximize growth and service to clients.
5. Business development is a welcome attribute of the potential candidate.
Salary: £48-50k negotiable for the right candidate plus car allowance, 25 days holiday, Pension.
