Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this B2B role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base across a broad variety of industry sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Tech and more. You will play a key role in developing relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide customised solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful execution of projects. Attend international events and exhibitions to network and promote our services. Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the exhibition or event industry. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel internationally as needed -Internationally
