This job is varied and engaging, involving all aspects of technical training and support.
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, ensuring Stannah engineers remain at the forefront of the industry. Your previous experience working with a range of lift products will be essential in demonstrating and passing on your knowledge.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced lift engineer or Field Manager with strong presentation and communication skills, looking to take the next step in their career.
Technical Trainer Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver effective technical training programmes for engineers.
* Identify individual training needs and support engineers in their professional development.
* Maintain training records and produce high-quality lesson plans and materials.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the training environment.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the training function.
Technical Trainer Requirements:
* Proven experience working within lift industry, working on a wide range of lift products.
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in lift engineering (or equivalent).
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* IOSH Managing Safely (or similar) qualification is desirable.
