£39,000 - £49,000 DOE
Sellick Partnership are absolutely delighted to be assisting a number of authorities in the Yorkshire region with permanent recruitment into their adult social care legal team.
Responsibilities of the Adult Social Care Lawyer:
* Making applications to the Court of Protection and High Court, e. COP applications
* Deprivation of Liberty cases
* Providing detailed advice on the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Health and Social Care Act 2008, Mental Health Act 1983 and associated Regulations and Statutory Guidance.
* Ordinary residence advice
Experience required for the Adult Social Care Lawyer:
* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
