Our client in Cardiff are seeking an experienced SHEQ Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.\n\nYou will be working within a diverse company and team to deliver successful coordination of all environmental, health & safety, and quality policies internally, and will work with a broad range of internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and awareness of SHEQ principles.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\n* Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's Health & Safety policies.\n* Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.\n* Provide support and guidance for one Compliance Administrator.\n* Provide safety inductions and training sessions for employees and contractors.\n* Assist in the implementation of environmental policies.\n* Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and company standards.\n* Support the implementation of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).\n* Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.\n\nKey Skills & Qualifications:\n\n* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification \n* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HSE legislation\n* Proven experience in a SHEQ \n* Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO27001).\n* Strong communication and organisational skills.\n* Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\nSalary will start at 40k (dependant on experience) with potential for more for the right candidate.\n\n* Monday to Friday; 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours)\n* Company Pension scheme.\n* 23 days holiday plus bank.\n* Free on-site parking.\n* Life cover (4 x basic salary).\n* Group income protection.\n* Friendly, outgoing, and supportive team.\n* Excellent reward & recognition scheme.\n* Discounted gym membership
