We are seeking an AI Practice Lead to join our AI & Data Practice. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the AI team, ensuring the successful technical delivery of AI solutions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will collaborate with strategic technology partners, support AI initiatives across the business, and help shape the future of AI capability. Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and committed to delivering impactful AI-driven solutions for our clients.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and managing the technical AI team within the practice.
* Make sure team utilisation is maximised and drive-up professionalism, client satisfaction, quality, and profitability of services delivered.
* Providing technical assurance and architectural oversight for AI projects.
* Collaborating with offshore teams to establish an effective delivery model.
* Working closely with other practice leads to develop end-to-end AI solutions.
* Supporting the development of market-leading AI propositions and capabilities.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in leading and developing technical teams in a professional services environment.
* Expertise in AI tools and techniques, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Strong client-facing consulting skills, acting as a trusted advisor in the AI domain.
* Deep understanding of AI architecture and governance.
* Knowledge of AI-related regulatory and ethical considerations, including GDPR and Information Security.
* Familiarity with AI platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, and Jupyter.
It would be great if you had:
* Experience with AI agents, digital assistants, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
* Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and AI pipeline development.
* Background in cloud-native AI delivery and enterprise architecture.
