We welcome applications from candidates who meet the MSc programme's entry requirements, and whose current circumstances are due to or are impacted by a lack of social mobility, preventing them from embarking on professional training in performance psychology. Applicants will need to provide evidence, such as low and variable household income (ie., typically between £25-30k), have accessed Student Finance full maintenance loan during their undergraduate studies, are living with dependents, or have a registered disability. Please note that this bursary is open only to 'Home' students. To check if you are eligible for this bursary, please refer to the eligibility criteria in the application guide.
Our goal at Mindflick is to make performance psychology accessible, and one of the ways we can do this is to create opportunities for aspiring performance psychologists to pursue a career in the field.
The high costs of training to become a performance psychologist can disadvantage people in challenging financial circumstances. Beyond undergraduate training, it can be difficult to access financial support as aspiring performance psychologists progress towards professional training (i.e., Stage 1 - MSc and Stage 2 - Professional Supervision).
