Procurement Administrator (6 month FTC) - Bristol
Job Introduction
DACBeachcroft are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Administrator on a full-time, hybrid, 6 month fixed-term contract in our Bristol office.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the primary responsibility of the Procurement Administrator will be to help deliver administrative support to the Head of Procurement and wider Procurement team.

Role Responsibility
Procurement Administration
* Keeping up to date with procurement policy, processes and legislation and building knowledge of the business and supplier markets, given the rate of change in these areas.
* Ensure an effective, timely, and consistent provision of administrative support is provided.
* Provide and co-ordinate all Procurement related administrative duties across Procurement which may include, arranging meetings, taking notes, preparing agendas etc.
* Respond, manage and co-ordinate on a day to day basis the use and maintenance of: ESG Data capture, Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Relationship systems.
Operational
* To maintain clear records and ensure all procurement documentation is up to date and organised.
* Administering supplier contracts, uploading to the relevant SRM system.
* Provide key information, to stakeholders, on service contracts. This information must be kept accurate, up to date and maintained.
Procurement Risk
* Escalate procurement and contract management risks and issues where required.
Procurement Systems Management
* Provide support in the maintenance and review of Procurement systems and administrative procedures.
* Maintain and update appropriate Procurement records.
* Generate reports on procurement activity to meet organisational needs.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience
* Experience of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks and remaining focused is essential.
* Experience in a procurement administration role or similar is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Experience of tracking and dealing with enquiries and working to deadlines.
* Experience of planning, organising and prioritising workload.
* Experience of providing an internal support service, ideally procurement-related.
