My client is a family-run hotel & restaurant with customer service, food, and drink at the heart of everything they do. They specialize in being both a locals pub and a restaurant, attracting guests from far and wide. Their menus focus on local seasonal food alongside a great farm-to-fork ethos.
I am looking for a passionate individual with experience working in high-quality premium food-led businesses.
You will get the opportunity to work under an award-winning Head Chef, supported by the area chef and the area support team, working across all areas of the kitchen, including larder, sauce, and grill. You will gain a varied and broad experience in all areas, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, and patisserie.
