We are pleased to share an opportunity to join our Neighbourhoods team in the role of Neighbourhood Services Co-ordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting the creation of sustainable communities for our tenants to live in.
The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.
This role will be predominantly based at our Coppice House Office in Bury St Edmunds.
As a Neighbourhood Services Co-ordinator, you will be the initial point of contact for queries via telephone and email, answering all general enquiries and providing full administration support across the team. You will prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service in your interactions.
You will also support the Neighbourhood Managers and Officers in the development of the service to ensure our tenants have a safe place to live, in a thriving community, whilst also being mindful of value for money.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer-facing environment, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work on their own initiative. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and competence with IT packages.
You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent qualification/experience. A full UK Driving Licence is also required.
