We are looking for a People Coordinator to compliment and reinforce the expertise in this newly formed People department. 1. Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including liaising with new starters, coordinating signing of contracts, carrying out reference checks, verifying and recording right to work and all relevant arrangements for their start.
2. Data management of HiBob to ensure that data is fully up-to-date and accurate.
3. Creation of employee letters (from templates) before sign-off by the People Advisors or Head of People.
4. Producing regular reports on People data and activity as required and analysing data from regular monthly reports and reporting to the team as required.
