This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team in providing excellent food service, ensuring all guests and colleagues are well-prepared for their adventures. Day-to-Day of the Role: Lead a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining area is clean, inviting, and well-organized. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it is tasty and appealing. Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and service, addressing any dietary and allergen concerns promptly. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to company policies and regulations. Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to streamline operations and enhance guest dining experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of three months experience in a catering role. Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in handling complex dietary and allergen requirements. Previous experience working with young people and supervising a team is advantageous but not essential.
