What the role covers
4. Ownership of our clients' digital brand strategy
5. Supporting the efforts of the new business team and ensure their targets are met and help them to maintain a strong pipeline of new business leads.
Reporting and Communication Structure
6. This role reports to and advises the Head of Strategy & Planning, APAC and in the interim Managing Director, APAC.
7. Work closely with our Global Chief Strategy Officer and communicates with Global Partners for overall strategies.
Responsibilities
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
8. Work with our Chief Strategy Officer, to shape and develop the strategic services that Green Park offer, building out the necessary tools, frameworks, and materials.
9. Provide strategic counsel and proactively identify digital opportunities for existing and new potential clients.
10. Proactively identify digital marketing trends taking place within brand communities and provide management with potential next steps and bigger implications for client partners.
11. Engage in client sales presentations.
RESEARCH & PROPOSALS
12. Work with new business and client services team to define client’s brief, deep dive their challenges and needs.
13. Research and monitor market trends relevant to client’s brand and analyze their competitors.
14. Have a holistic overview of the market situation, today’s consumer behavior and be up to date with online trends to seek opportunity for developing initial ideas and inspire creative ideation.
15. Conduct primary and secondary research into brands and markets to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
16. Develop digital strategy based on insights, consumer behavior and business objectives.
17. Prepare presentations of the digital strategies that well suited for the clients.
STRATEGY & PLANNING
18. Strategically conduct the project in collaborative work (discussion, brainstorm & proposal) across various department, business development, creative & social media.
19. Input on all client planning and provide strategic digital point of view.
20. Continually serve as a partner with various departments and act as sounding board for ideas.
DELIVERABLES & REPORTS
21. Work with Social/ SEO team to provide digital/social media analysis based on measurement and tracking reports, overall campaign reporting and media receptivity.
22. Maintain multiple retaining projects as planned to be monitored & optimized to meet the KPIs.
23. Deliver and conduct strategic direction both external (client or 3rd parties) and internal team.
24. Define innovative high-performance strategies for our clients to boost their business and establish Green Park as a key strategic partner.
MEETINGS & PRESENTATIONS
25. Attend regular client services team meetings, providing advice on strategic development of accounts.
26. Participate in client development activities, assisting with preparation for key account meetings and attending meetings with prospective clients.
27. To successful manage senior client stakeholders and run group workshop sessions.
