Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Lead the growth of the apprenticeship provision, setting the vision and direction for the team. Line manage and develop a small but growing apprenticeship delivery team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Recruit, select, and performance-manage team members to deliver exceptional outcomes. Operational Excellence: Oversee the learner journey, ensuring high-quality experiences through effective data monitoring and team performance management. Manage resources and schedules to ensure smooth delivery of apprenticeship programmes. Utilise systems like OneFile to track learner progress and manage caseloads effectively. Employer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with employers to ensure apprenticeship programmes meet the needs of the green energy and trade sectors. Serve as a key contact for employer partners, ensuring open communication and alignment on goals. Quality Assurance & Improvement: Work closely with the Quality Team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and improve learner achievement rates through rigorous monitoring and improvement strategies. Ensure all assessment policies and procedures meet internal and external awarding body standards. Programme Development: Oversee the planning, development, and launch of new apprenticeship standards, particularly in green energy and trade skills. Monitor and improve functional skills delivery in English and maths, ensuring successful learner outcomes. Strategic Impact: Support the strategic implementation of quality assurance across the organisation. Lead the collection and analysis of learner feedback to inform action plans and drive improvement. Conduct audits of learning documentation to ensure standardised practices that support learner success. Compliance & Safeguarding: Work with the Health and Safety team to ensure all required checks are completed. Identify and support additional learning needs for apprentices to help them achieve their full potential.
