Salary: £50,000 - £75,000

Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to join them as they enjoy an exciting period of growth.
The role will involve:
* Working alongside senior team members to originate, negotiate, structure and execute investment transactions and deliver corporate finance advice
* Evaluation of investment opportunities including market analysis, competitor reviews, preparation of cash flow and other financial models
* Preparation of memoranda, auxiliary analysis and documentation to support the investment decision
* Analysis and reporting on financial statements
* Contributing to investment discussions/strategy and developing content for strategic meetings with clients
* Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and potential clients
Requirements:
* 2-3 years’ experience of working in asset management, investment banking, or transaction services
* An excellent academic record – graduate or above
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA, CIMA, MBA)
* Ability to assess financial performance and valuation
* Ability to prepare written analysis efficiently
* Comfortable working flexibly in a small team in a high pressure, fast-moving environment
* Strong professional, interpersonal skills to deal with management, advisers, and investors
* High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills
* Entrepreneurial outlook, with the ambition to be an important part of the business for the long term
