Job summary To provide 3rd line Digital support to the user population of the East of England Ambulance Service related to all Digital systems within the Trust, including but not limited to Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) 999 systems, windows server infrastructure, local and wide area network, telephony systems, and the Trust's business systems. Main duties of the job To assist with other associated functions such as asset management, Digital security, network administration, Digital procurement and project work as required. To manage, deliver and ensure the availability of Digital systems to the user population of the East of England Ambulance Service, including but not limited to EOC 999 telephony and systems, and the Trust's business systems and applications. To plan and deliver technical work streams for Digital projects, including but not limited to EOC 999 telephony, applications, and the Trust's business systems. To provide, deliver and facilitate ad-hoc Digital training to the user population of the East of England Ambulance Service. To provide out of hours oncall support on a rota basis for the Trusts critical Infrastructure and Applications.
