We are looking for an experienced care assistants to work within a residential service where the residents have their own flats within the building and the care provider provides a “community service within the building”.
The residents are semi-independent but the role will involve the usually level of personal care similar to community care, you will also administer medication where required, assist with meal preparation, domestic duties and some shopping trips in the local community. Some of the double-up residents do require assisted moving with hoists and other moving aids. The site runs scheduled service calls and ad-hoc visits as required by the residents.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
- Up to date mandatory training certificates
- Full up-to-date CV
- At least 2 professional references covering a minimum of 2 years working within formal care settings or community care.

This role offers ongoing opportunities for the right candidate
You will be working 14:00 to 22:00 on days from Monday through to Sunday.
You will be paid £11.44 per hour for hours worked between 07:00 to 19:00 with an enhanced pay of £15.22 for hours between 19:00 to 07:00.
Your pay rate will also increase after 13 weeks.
