Job Title: Senior Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a an aerospace customer of ours. This role focuses on managing infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on global project management and time zone coordination. This position is open due to growth across the EMEA PMO team. Responsibilities Manage global infrastructure projects. Coordinate and participate in meetings, including early morning meetings around 8 AM and additional meetings with teams in the USA. Focus on solutions rather than problems; own tasks and come with solutions. Handle data-related tasks, including manipulating large datasets and coordinating efforts using extensive spreadsheets. Oversee network migration projects, specifically LDAP migrations affecting all users. Work on vulnerability and compliance tasks, appreciating the infrastructure tech stack. Manage security-focused migrations from Duo to SDO (Multi-Factor Authentication technologies). Essential Skills Strong organisational and coordination skills. Solid infrastructure background with an appreciation for the tech stack. Experience working with large datasets and complex data. Ability to control situations and maintain a solution-oriented mentality. Excellent communication skills and credibility in front of senior stakeholders. Ability to push, influence, and get things done. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must be SC clearable, born in the UK, and not a dual national due to the sensitive nature of the information. Experience in large organisations, preferably outside of pharma, energy, defence, and financial services due to cultural fit. Flexible with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
