Job summary This is a unique opportunity to join the ambulatory pharmacy team at Oxford University Hospitals. The Ambulatory service provides clinical pharmacy services to the ambulatory assessment units (or same day emergency care) and the Ambulatory Outreach Team (AOT). AOT encompasses the virtual ward, hospital at home service, Complex OutPatient Antimicrobial Therapy (COPAT) and Covid Medicines Delivery Unit (CMDU). The post holder will support in providing services to the ambulatory team, whilst developing their own experience in a fast-developing clinical area. There are opportunities to develop clinical assessment skills and be involved in the assessment of patients and delivery of care in their home environments.
