Your Purpose:
We’re now looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join our brilliant On Trade Sale Team in London and the South East.
Within this role you will be set to achieve building first class relationships with key distributors and retailers whilst maximising the ROS opportunities on Molson Coors, ensuring the portfolio maintains its premium positioning within the market and within the minds of consumers.
Responsible for negotiating and agreeing support with a portfolio of existing customers and prospect customers
To manage, co-ordinate and be responsible for defined aspects of Premium Brands interaction with a customer or set of customers to deliver targeted profit and ongoing company objectives in line with current brand and trading strategy.
Ability to react spontaneously to opportunities on the portfolio with a "can do" attitude.
Key Responsibilities
• Widen our brand portfolio & deliver new brand distrubution
• Take full responsibility for maximising the rate of sale, visibility and quality of all MCBC brands.
• Deliver a passion for MCBC brands and champion beer both internally and externally via training, knowledge and education.
• Brilliantly execute activity as described in the annual customer business plan & the monthly Sales Plan.
• To work in conjunction with your team memebers & all business functions to maximise sales & profitability within territory and, at all times to demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service.
