A well known and successful Professional Services organisation based on a local business park in beautiful modern offices are seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join their well established and forward thinking Finance team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a billing role within a Professional Services business with knowledge of Fiance/ERP systems preferred.
Role And Responsibilities
1. Review and posting of employee time-sheets on a weekly and monthly basis
2. Raise, review and post client invoices in line with internal and external invoicing deadlines
3. Distribute invoices to clients and act as the main point of contact for dealing with client queries on invoices
4. Review and posting of employee expense claims, including review of receipts attached to expense claims ensuring group policy is followed and VAT applied where necessary
5. Key support contact for the partner group and wider business in relation to client invoicing, time-sheets and expenses
6. Preparation and issuance of fortnightly Pre Project reports
7. Regular communication with partners and project managers regarding the status of their projects
8. Investigation and escalation of issues to Billing Manager and Transactional Finance Manager, as appropriate
9. Management of own workload to comply with strict month end and mid-month billing/expense deadlines
