As Clinical Director, you will be an inspiring leader committed to delivering top-tier clinical and client care while fostering a best-practice culture within our brilliant team. This is a unique role split between providing clinical care and managing the day-to-day operations and performance of the practice. You will have the full support of a dedicated team, including your Practice Manager, Nurse Managers, and an experienced team of vets, nurses, and supporting team members.

New Priory is a 24/7 hospital in Brighton, with a branch surgery in Peacehaven. Our main hospital provides primary care, an emergency out-of-hours service for 13 local practices, and a mid-tier referral service for surgery, laparoscopy, imaging, and cardiology.

A flexible role that works for you
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, depending on your preference.
Our dedicated team with multiple certificate holders
Our team of professionals spans various clinical disciplines, including Advanced Practitioners and certificate holders in ECC, surgery, dentistry, cardiology, imaging, endoscopy, feline medicine, and more. Many of our RVNs hold certificates in ECC, anaesthesia, and medicine. This diverse expertise allows us to deliver exceptional, collaborative patient care.

Experienced vets mentor new graduates, and we fully support ongoing professional development, including in-house and external CPD, as well as postgraduate qualifications.
