Coordination and administration of our supply chain, including purchasing, movement and storage of spirit, casks, and dry goods and processing of this information on our ERP system and HMR&C systems.
Elixir Distillers are looking for 2 Supply Chain Coordinators to organise the logistics and process the administration involved in creating our products. It’s anticipated you will focus on logistics or administration, with the ability to cover the other role when required.
The roles will involve processing purchase orders through an ERP system, organising logistics for spirit, wood and dry goods and feeding information in for reporting to HMRC from our warehousing sites and under bond movements of dutiable goods.
Candidates should have an understanding of HMR&C compliance, an excellent spirits (specifically whisky) knowledge, strong IT skills, be able to work in a structured and highly organised way, and be an excellent communicator.
