We’re looking for a motivated Training Coordinator to join my clients HR & Training team, responsible for managing and coordinating technical training across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Organise, coordinate, and administer technical training programs Maintain accurate training records in our Learning Management System (LMS) Serve as the main contact for training-related inquiries Manage participant registrations and follow up with absentees Work with trainers to gather feedback and identify improvements Support with the design and implementation of new training programs Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within HR or training Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines What We Offer: Competitive salary (£26,000 - £28,000) Generous leave and benefits Learning and development opportunities A collaborative and supportive culture Please contact Sian Burke for more information
