Job Description Role Summary Deliver the required business results for the IAM of UK and Ireland for all the aftermarket brands leading the local IAM team, including Sales, Product and Marketing and Office and Sales Excellence; being part of the Western Europe Aftermarket team and working alongside MHUK's Senior Leadership Team to strengthen UK whole Business strategy. Main Tasks Lead the UK Independent Aftermarket team in cooperation with the corporate team in order to reach the company’s goals and targets, both in sales and profitability. Create a local strategy in line with the group’s and to develop a business plan for the UK and Ireland in line with overall corporate objectives, the MANNHUMMEL values, vision and leadership policy. Create and agree the IAM annual budgets for Sales, Expenses, Personnel, Marketing and ensure that the targets therein are reached. Provide and maintain an adequate reporting structure regarding all critical aspects of the business, including but not limited to sales, profitability and cost. Grow the business by adding new, strategically important customers and promoting excellent customer relationships at all levels, being the preferred choice for the customers. To increase and maximise the Share of Wallet for all brands withing the existing customer portfolio. Ensure effective communication, externally (within the MANNHUMMEL group and other MHUK departments) and internally, within MHUK-AA – preparing, holding and attending the relevant meetings. Motivate, develop and support all employees and ensure the efficient use of personnel resources, while adhering to legislative, organisational and budgetary procedures/constraints. Your Profile Strong Aftermarket background with proven track record and ability to manage teams Strong people management skills Business/commercial acumen Financial knowledge/awareness i.e. P&L Degree level qualification or equivalent in relevant discipline Strong PC Literacy and use of Microsoft Office tools Change Management experience Organised, customer focussed with strong negotiation skills Effective and concise communicator at all levels Circumstances: Travelling abroad is necessary as required by the business Full driving licence required Flexibility in terms of working hours Required to live within reasonable commuting distance or to relocate to the business unit area. 3 days per week in the office (except for business trips) Must accept a non smoking environment PLEASE NOTE: This list in not exhaustive.
