We are looking for Director-level people whose principal responsibility will be to lead the conversion of our most exciting and high-profile opportunities into iconic wins, and then to lead our teams delivering the solution. Reporting to Practice Management within one of our fast-growing Practices, you will collaborate with our industry experts in Sector and Account management teams to qualify, shape and secure new business, and to deliver outstanding results to our clients. You will own senior client relationships, model our values and behaviours and coach and develop junior members of the team.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
* Help client organisations create game-changing digital and technology strategies, understanding users, creating delightful user experiences, and providing flawless delivery execution.
* A deep understanding of the business challenges and industry trends. A solid knowledge around the relevant technology solutions, operating models (DevOps, Product-Centric delivery) and a view of business-critical outcomes and success factors to deliver compelling value propositions.
* Assist in the qualification of major deals in your area of expertise Build and lead teams from across Capgemini UK (spanning Consulting, Development and Support) and our global business to shape and secure significant new business.
* You will adapt methods and standard processes to fit operational and strategic cultural needs amongst teams.
* Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services and products by Capgemini teams, providing a platform to build and maintain our global brand, reputation, and purpose. Lead the engagement with internal and external partners in deals.
* Lead the delivery of the deals we secure, working with teams formed from across the Capgemini business and our alliance partners.
* Represent Capgemini at senior levels within our clients’ organisations, building personal and corporate credibility and confidence.
* Represent Capgemini externally with an active industry profile.
* Actively support the continuing evolution and application of our delivery strategies, notably Agile and RightshoreTM delivery.
Your skills and experience
* Accomplished and inspirational leader who displays the persuasiveness, decisiveness, adaptability, and competitiveness necessary to motivate their teams, encourage positive empowerment and innovation to improve their creativity and performance against challenging commitment.
* Ability to innovatively and constructively challenge the status quo to drive forward the client’s organisation.
* A commercial focus, with a good understanding of Application and cloud solutions, Managed services, DevOps tooling (incl. CI/CD).
* Ambition to exceed targets and expectations.
* Strong executive presence with the gravitas to interact as a peer at C-level in client companies and comfortable working at a senior level within complex organisations.
* Experiences and demonstrated success of managed service and technology solution delivery in the digital technology space, you will have an innovative and disruptive mindset and constantly be looking forward. Direct experience of the application and exploitation of Agile and DevOps delivery processes and techniques is key.
* Direct experience of distributed delivery, ideally with India.
* First class and compelling presentation and communication skills.
* A proven track record of forming creative and innovative business winning client propositions and delivering large scale business and technology transformations.
* A leader in the practical application of Agile and distributed delivery.
* Sales-driven mentality and dynamism with the hunger to succeed and capability of selling a number of combined IT and non-IT services.

We are experts in navigating our clients through the complexities of large-scale, technology enabled transformation programmes, using our skills to drive outstanding delivery and business outcomes. Having the right people using the right methodology and following the right process is key to ensuring every client gets the right outcome.
Working for Capgemini, you will be running technology enabled transformation assignments across multiple sectors and managing programmes of varying size and degrees of complexity.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
