Requirements
WhatWe Are LookingFor
* Excellent technicalknowledge in Electrical Design Engineering and interdisciplinarydesign across all projectstages.
* Proficient in usingstandards and codes for buildingservices.
* Knowledge of WiringRegulations Fire Detection Systems General and Emergency Lightingdesign.
* Experience conducting MEPbuilding services surveys with minimalsupervision.
* Ability to peer reviewwith a strong understanding of regulatory and standardsdocumentation.
* Experience working ona variety of projects through different RIBA stages includingexisting buildings.
* Ability toundertake essential calculations apply electrical theory andunderstand 3phase LVsystems.
* Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients project managers andcontractors.
* Previous consultancyexperience appreciating the value of complementary specialisms suchas acoustics and fireengineering.
* Autonomous approach:able to lead small to medium projects and support largeprojects.
* Chartered engineer orclose to achieving it.
* Strongmentoring and supervisory skills for junior staffmembers.
