We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to oversee the care and wellbeing of children in a residential setting. The Registered Children's Manager will be responsible for care planning, staff supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage individual care plans, ensuring they meet children's needs. Lead and supervise care staff, providing training and support. Ensure compliance with regulations and best practice guidelines. Conduct health and wellbeing assessments, adjusting care as needed. Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. Key Skills & Experience: Proven leadership in a residential or care home setting. Strong understanding of child care plans and regulatory standards. Excellent communication and team management skills. Compassionate and dedicated to enhancing children's wellbeing. Job Details: Salary: £53,000 - £55,000 per year Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability Benefits: Company pension Requirements: Driving Licence (preferred)
