Description
We are looking to recruit a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Digital team based in Coventry. This is an exciting role, reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager.
What’s the opportunity?
The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for delivery across a range of performance marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social and Display Advertising.
What does the role involve?
* Develop, implement and manage paid media campaigns across a range of platforms; predominantly Google & Meta Ads.
* Design & conduct tests across ads & creative to improve campaign performance, assist with future asset creation and enhance audience engagement.
* Identify & surface opportunities across new & existing channels to reach new audiences & opportunities
* Monitor campaign performance, analysing data and trends to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies as needed.
* Support in day-to-day optimisation and channel agnostic decision making to deliver business outcomes
* Generate and present regular reports, showing results against KPIs and making recommendations for future improvements.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to use campaign insights in broader strategies, including eCRM, Content, Organic/SEO and UX.
* Work closely with the digital agency to ensure objectives are fully aligned and the team is empowered to deliver.
* Work closely with third parties & publishers like Google and Facebook to drive opportunities and test new products

* Hands on experience within Paid & Performance media. Platform experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics essential
* Agency or Client side experience within Retail - preferably homewares
* Sound understanding of marketing landscape
* Experience working with multiple channels
* Demonstrable experience of collaborating across business functions
