Position Details: Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime included) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the care and operations of a 30-resident unit. Provide strong, supportive leadership to a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Plan, implement, and review individualised care plans to meet residents' needs. Collaborate with families, health professionals, and the management team to maintain an exceptional level of service. Requirements: Managerial experience within a care home environment is essential. Proven ability to manage and inspire a team effectively. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or higher) is mandatory.
