As a Remote MSK Triage Physiotherapist, you’ll be eager to learn and build skills while working with talented colleagues.
This is a remote physiotherapy consultation service for Bupa Insurance Members, Occupational Health, and Corporate Customers. The service provides fast access to triage where no GP referral has been made.
The service supports two main purposes: to provide support and information for individuals to self-manage their musculoskeletal conditions, and to facilitate onward referral to appropriate clinicians or services when necessary.

Your role will include:
* Delivering high standards of telephone assessment via video and audio.
* Providing diagnosis, self-management techniques, and onward referrals.
* Monitoring complex and red flag cases, escalating when necessary to the Clinical Lead.
* Assessing customer needs and offering appropriate advice and support.
* Managing customer pathways to achieve optimal clinical outcomes at the best cost.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience equivalent to band 6 or 7 physiotherapist in an MSK setting, with a strong background in 1-1 clinical delivery.
* Up-to-date clinical practice and ability to maintain competence.
* Diploma or Degree, accredited with HCPC/CSP.
* Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritize workload within demanding timescales.
* Excellent clinical knowledge and decisive response skills.
