The Opportunity
Join Aggregate Industries as a CDM Supervisor, where you’ll oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. This role is integral to maintaining production levels, managing contractor control, and optimising the performance of equipment and facilities. If you’re passionate about safety and operational excellence, this is the perfect role for you.
* Ensure all site work is carried out safely and in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
* Manage production to meet customer demands, ensuring products meet quality specifications.
* Oversee environmental and waste management systems, ensuring minimal impact from site operations.
* Maintain accurate records and manage site budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Foster a collaborative environment, developing team skills and ensuring sufficient coverage for operational needs.
Who You Are
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented CDM Supervisor with a strong background in site operations and a commitment to safety. Your ability to lead teams and manage complex operations makes you a valuable addition to any project.
* Self-motivated with initiative and a proactive approach to managing site operations.
* Hold a QCF Level 3 SHE qualification or equivalent, with experience in a supervisory role within the heavy or waste industry.
* Strong communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships and directing team members.
* Demonstrable experience in maintaining safety and environmental compliance, with a working knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Skilled in planning and organising workloads to meet targets and manage contingencies effectively.
