What You'll Do:
* Reach Out & Engage: Use your persuasive skills to connect with new and existing clients, introducing them to our premium range of whiskies.
* Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through phone-based consultations and follow-ups.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service and expert whisky advice.
* Provide Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest whisky trends, product offerings, and brand stories to engage customers and enhance their buying experience.
* Work with a Team: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and provide insights into customer needs and preferences.
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for Whisky: A genuine interest in whisky, its varieties, and its culture is a must.
* Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role is desirable.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong phone manner, able to engage clients and articulate the value of our products.
* Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Customer-Centric: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, build trust, and convert leads into sales.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and phone systems to manage leads and sales activity.
