Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council have a fantastic opportunity for Graduates to join our team and help shape and deliver our ambitious journey of change and transformation to help ensure we continue to deliver high quality services to our residents, businesses and visitors. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to jumpstart your career and be involved in projects addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing our local community. You'll have the opportunity to help change the way we work, influence policy and deliver meaningful change to the people of our borough. We have partnered with Impact: The National Graduate Development Programme for local government to offer this opportunity. Successful applicants will have the opportunity influence some of society's big issues, while training to be one of local government's next generation of managers. Employed on a 2-year fixed-term contract, trainees will rotate between three different placements to gain a wide range of experience and skills, alongside studying for a postgraduate-level 7 qualification in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Your application will progress through Impact's national campaign, and you will be initially assessed alongside national candidates. * You will have obtained a 2.2 undergraduate degree in any subject by summer 2025

You must also:
* Have lived within the Tees Valley region; or
* Have studied at a university in the North East of England; or
