Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments.
Assist with networking tasks, including configuration and maintenance.
Collaborate with the 1st line support team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.
Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a 2nd line support role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
Basic networking skills (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
