This role will help educate clients how we can help them and their pet by driving brand visibility through multi-channel campaigns and meaningful partnerships. You’ll also work with our Recruitment lead to raise our profile as an employer and pioneer recruitment campaigns to support our growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership Develop and execute marketing strategy: Design and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with organisational objectives, including client acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Brand positioning: Champion a consistent and compelling brand message that reinforces Animal Trust as a trusted, high-quality provider and social enterprise. Raise our profile with pet owners and build B2B awareness for referrals and Pet A&E services. Market research & competitor analysis: Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to inform and evolve the marketing strategy. Multi-channel marketing: Deliver integrated marketing efforts across digital (PPC, email, social), print, in-clinic materials and website content. Partnership & community engagement: Forge partnerships with other aligned organisations to grow our impact and community involvement. Support for new surgery openings: Plan and execute tailored marketing strategies to launch new practices, ensuring successful community awareness and client acquisition. Innovation & Automation Marketing automation & AI integration: Champion the use of AI-driven tools and marketing automation to deliver personalised campaigns, enhance client engagement, and drive operational efficiency. Client engagement strategies: Leverage data and digital tools to proactively engage with existing clients, build loyalty, and promote care options through smart, targeted communications. Budgeting & Financial Management Marketing budget allocation: Manage and optimise the marketing budget across all channels to ensure cost-effective delivery and maximum impact. Performance tracking & ROI analysis: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to evaluate campaign performance, using data to adjust tactics and improve outcomes. Spend optimisation: Continuously assess and refine budget allocation for PPC, email marketing, and traditional advertising based on campaign results and ROI Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within healthcare, veterinary, or consumer-facing sectors Strong interest in automation, AI technologies, and data-led marketing strategies Demonstrable success in creating and delivering strategic marketing plans Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI-focused decision-making Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools Job Particulars Hours: Part time role, 3 days a week, 24hours.
