Job summary We are recruiting a practice pharmacist to fulfil a new vacancy at Ridge Green Medical Centre. The practice is looking to recruit a competent prescriber able to follow up patients at their annual review and look critically through repeat medication with the patient following best practice. Consideration will be given to all applicants from different backgrounds and experience.
