Salary: (Grade 4 13-16) £23,115-£23,893 FTE (Pay Award Pending)
Actual Salary: £17,697-£18,293
Working hours: 32.5 hours, term time only plus 5 days inset
Contract type: Fixed term contract until 18 th July 2025

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our committed and friendly team to work on a 1-1 basis with a child with additional health needs.
This role would include offering support with a child who has complex medical needs on a 1:1 basis. The role may involve personal care and responsibility for health care equipment.
We welcome applications from individuals who care about people and can form strong relationships. They will nurture, support, and encourage our pupils to engage in active play and develop strong social skills.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Qualified with an NVQ Level 2 and has experience working in a Primary School.
* Has experience working with pupils with additional needs.
* Nurturing and committed to working with students to help them achieve their potential.
* Able to create a culture and ethos where all students can achieve success and become engaged in their own learning.
* An excellent communicator who demonstrates openness and honesty.
* An excellent team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
