* Alternate weekends
* 20hrs Clinical hours + 20hrs Supernumerary hours

Responsibilities
* Oversee clinical care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
* Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
* Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.
* Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
