Customer Service Advisor needed in Birmingham, full time starting Fri 15th Nov, paying £13 per hour, ongoing. Regular weekend shifts expected. Shifts Monday to Thursday are 8am-4pm or 1pm-9pm. Friday is 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm. Saturday/Sunday are 8.30am-6pm. You will be required to cover 5 out of 7 days- if working over the weekend, 2 days would be taken out (Friday and Monday). Reception cover Computer based exam invigilation and creation of exams Sending post and organising couriers Working with our room scheduling team in support of suitable rooms as per demand H&S checks Policing lanyards for both staff and students Administrative support e.g. Mailbox Assisting with events Room set up Anything else that falls within facilities team ABOUT YOU A proven record in providing exceptional levels of customer service Must take ownership of issues and associated responsibility for completing a task Well organised and self-disciplined with ability to prioritise under pressure Able to work in a team and independently Attention to detail with great time management Ability to build a strong internal work Excellent communication skills
