Job Title: Front of House Coordinator

Pay Rate: £14.50
Job Type: Temp, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Coordinator to join our team and ensure employees and visitors feel valued and supported every day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of front-of-house hospitality, office coordination, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage check-ins, issue badges, and schedule meeting room usage.
3. Ensure the workplace is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
4. Work with building management and vendors to address any office issues.
5. Monitor supplies, equipment, and office resources.
6. Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed.
7. Maintain visitor logs, track maintenance requests, and keep records up to date.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
3. Professional and approachable attitude.
