Your role as Audit Senior
This is more than just an audit position - it's a role where you can lead, grow, and contribute to the success of both your team and your clients. In this role, you will:
1. Lead Audit Assignments: Manage the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring all tasks meet the firm's high standards.
2. Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
3. Team Development: Mentor and supervise trainees, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
4. Business Development: Start to engage in business development activities, promoting the firm's services to clients and prospects.
What you'll need to succeed as an Audit Senior
1. ACA/ACCA/CA Qualified: With experience in leading audit assignments from planning to completion under International Standards on Auditing.
2. UK GAAP Experience: Familiarity with preparing accounts in accordance with UK GAAP is essential.
3. Team Player: You work well both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to engage with senior staff and clients.
4. Proactive and Motivated: You're eager to take responsibility and maintain high service standards, with a keen awareness of key risks in audits.
