Project manager capable of taking commercial schemes from concept through to design, construction and successful hand over, the candidate will be required to manage the whole process including budget formation/ratification and ongoing monitoring, design development, consultant procurements, supply chain integration, procurement and installation of all allied services/schemes and generally full scheme delivery to successful sign off/hand over Role and Responsibilities As a project manager you will need to: * Follow a standard process, as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) * Initiate the project – check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources * Carry out planning – this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks – in accordance with the needs of your client.
