Job summary Valentine Primary Care Network is pleased to advertise the post of a PCN salaried GP. The successful candidate will be working for the Valentine PCN at the Valentine Health Partnership across our sites on John Wilson Street (SE18 6PZ ) and Holburne Road (SE3 8HQ ). The contract of employment will be held by Greenwich Health Federation on behalf of the Valentine Primary Care Network. The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. 8 sessions per week ( negotiable) 16 appointments per session Very non-onerous Duty on a rota basis Share of visits when required (normally completed by Paramedic) Mix of telephone, face-to-face appointments Provide high-quality patient care Ensure that each patient encounter is maximised to attain contractual target requirements Work collaboratively and contribute to the management and completion of general clinical administration, including bloods, tasks, urgent enquiries, medical reports.
