Salary £25,881 to £27,297 per annum Contractual hours 37 Basis Full time Package Permanent Date posted 07/01/2025 Job reference REQ00002525 Riverside Leisure Centre are looking for a well organised and motivated individual to join our team to oversee and be responsible for managing all the processes for the multi-site monthly membership scheme of over 7000 members. Duties will include updating membership details, processing payments and dealing with queries from members. The successful applicant will also assist the Leisure Centre’s Customer and Staff Services Manager in the provision of an efficient and effective central administration service within the leisure centre including the reconciling and banking of monies, including online payments and answering customer’s online enquiries. This role is pre-dominantly computer based, so experience of using computers, is essential but further training will be given on the internal computer package. The successful applicant must be a motivated individual with an accurate attention to detail and good customer service skills. The post holder will be required to work 37 hours per week during normal office hours, however due to the nature of the leisure industry some evenings and weekend work may be required.
