B3 Administrator, based in Armagh
£11.67 per hour, plus holiday pay & paid weekly the week after your working week
37 1/2 hours, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Duration is 3 months initially with review to extend
Criteria
Experience in use of Microsoft office products including, PowerPoint, Excel databases & Word
4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification
AND 1 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role
OR
2 year's experience in a clerical / administrative role
Role
Provide admin support to the Fire Safety Team & Health & Safety team
Maintain, update & file department records
Prepare high quality presentations for the Fire Safety Team & Health & Safety team
Prepare letters & memorandums
Enquires dealt with by phone, e-mail, face to face
Organise, attend and take note at meetings
Organise, arrange safety related information & training sessions
